美国高中申请条件

1.标准化考试成绩及英语成绩

美国高中会要求国际学生提供英语标准化成绩，如：slep、toefl、ielts或 ssat。学校通过英语标准化成绩确定该学生的英语程度，以此来决定该学生是否需要参加esl语言课程及相应年级和课程的选择。slep是专门设计给国际学生去美国中学留学而设立的。

这个是对国际学生最基本的英文测验，分数是20分到67分。根据分数将大致分为三个等级，就是初级、中级和高级。大约从20-45分是初级，45-55是中级，56-67是高级。

2.在校成绩

不是说美国高中留学申请对成绩的要求除了标准化考试成绩及英语成绩就可以了，还有学生的在校成绩也是比较重要的，这也是区别不同美国高中申请者的标准之一。美国高中对于学生在中国的成绩也会予以评估。一般会要求平均分在80分以上。一些好的私立高中，甚至要求学生的成绩在90分以上或者在全年级前10%。因此，学生国内的成绩好坏对于录取会有影响。

3.年龄

美国高中留学是9-12年级，相当于国内的初三至高三。国内学生初二毕业至高二在读学生均可申请入读美国高中。国内学生读完初二后可以直接申请入读美国高中9年级，而国内高二在读学生建议申请入读美国高中10年级。一般美国高中留学的最低年龄要求为14岁。

4.推荐信
